BondBrackets can be shipped Australia-wide.  Shipping to international locations is not available.

All BondBracket shipments are sent via Australia Post and tracked for your peace of mind (Tracking number confirmation sent to purchaser via email at time of dispatch).

Australia Post charges are dictated by the weight of the package and delivery location. 

In the unlikely event a product is faulty, returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt by the purchaser. To qualify for product replacement or refund, photographic evidence of the fault and proof of purchase must be presented.

Assuming Return Policy conditions are met, customers are welcome to request either a replacement product, or a refund. You will be notified when your return is received and of the status of any replacement or refund request. 

Refunds will be processed and credited in accordance with your original method of payment (Credit Card, EFTPOS or Paypal).  

The time taken for refunds to be received by the purchaser will depend on the payment method used and the relevant card issuer's policies.
